What we collect
Information you give us
When you book an appointment or contact us through this site, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the appointment time you select, and anything you choose to write in a notes or reason-for-visit field.
If you pay a deposit online, the payment is processed by our payment provider. We never receive or store your full card number. We see only a confirmation, the amount, and the last four digits.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when you visit: your approximate location (city level), device and browser type, the pages you view, how you arrived, and how long you stay. We use Google Analytics for this. It uses cookies and similar technologies.
If you reached this site by clicking one of our Google ads, an identifier is passed along so we can tell which ads lead to appointments. We use this to decide where to spend our advertising budget. It is not used to build a profile of you for anyone else.
What we do not collect here
This website is not a patient portal. Please do not submit medical history, diagnoses, test results, or other detailed health information through this site. Bring it to your appointment or discuss it by phone. Clinical records created during your care are kept separately in our practice records and are governed by the notice of privacy practices you receive as a patient, not by this policy.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We do use service providers who process information on our behalf, and only for the purposes above:
- Our scheduling provider — stores your appointment details and sends confirmations and reminders.
- Our payment processor — handles deposits. They receive your card details directly; we do not.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads — website usage measurement and advertising performance.
- Our website host — serves these pages and keeps standard server logs.
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect someone's safety.
Our own marketing tools and Google account data
We use an internal command-line tool, Lotus Marketing API, to manage our own advertising and measurement. It signs in with our own Google account and accesses only data belonging to us: our Google Ads campaigns, our Google Analytics property, our Search Console data, and our appointment calendar.
This tool is used by us alone. It is not offered to anyone else, not sold, and not shared. It does not access any patient's Google account, and it does not read, store, or transmit personal information belonging to visitors of this website beyond the aggregate advertising and analytics reporting described above.
Its credentials are stored locally on our own machine with restricted file permissions. Data retrieved from Google is used to review advertising performance and is not published, resold, or transferred to any third party.
How long we keep it
Appointment and contact records are kept for as long as you are a patient and afterwards for the period required by Florida law and our professional obligations for medical records. Website analytics data is retained on a rolling basis under Google Analytics' standard retention settings. Enquiries that do not become appointments are deleted when they are no longer useful, generally within two years.
Your choices
- Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site may work less well. You can also install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Reminders. Every reminder email includes a way to stop receiving them, and you can ask us directly at any time.
- Access, correction, deletion. Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some records we are legally required to retain; we will tell you if that applies.

Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection. Payment details go directly to our payment processor and never touch our servers. Access to appointment information is limited to clinic staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we do not collect more than we need, which is the most effective protection available.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information through it. Minors are treated at the clinic with a parent or guardian involved; that is handled in person, not through this site.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
